Matching models trained on past hiring decisions reproduce past hiring bias, and they are hard to defend when a candidate — or a regulator — asks why a profile was ranked low. Keyword matching, the usual fallback, misses everything that is not an exact match.

Requirements and profiles are modelled as structured criteria with declared weights. Genetic AI evolves the fit between the two sides, so the weighting reflects what the role genuinely needs — and any attribute you must not use can simply be left out of the model.
